The always-popular swap meet is back for the 2025 Convention—now for two nights! Tables are available at just $10 each.
Swap Meet Rules and Procedures
- Swap meet table slot rentals are available on Thursday and Friday evenings from 6:00-9:00.
- Swap Meet sellers must be a current member of the NMRA and have a paid PCR2025 convention registration (Full Fare or Express).
- The swap meet tables will be in the ballroom and in the hallway outside the ballroom.
- Tables (30″ x 72″) are $10.00 for each 3-hour time slot (referred to as a table slot), limit 1 table slot per person per day. Includes 2 chairs maximum.
- Attendees staying at the host hotel (Embassy Suites San Luis Obispo) for the event can receive one free 3-hour table for each nights stay (limit one table per night).
- Swap Meet Tables cost $10 for each 3-hour period payable in cash at the convention.
- There will be a total of 19 tables available each night.
- Tables will be assigned on a first come, first served basis beginning at 5:00pm each night.
- Swap tables will not include electricity.
- All transactions are the responsibility of the buyer(s) and seller(s). The PCR 2025 Convention Committee accepts no liability concerning transactions and will not be involved in any transactions. Any sales tax reporting required is the responsibility of the seller.

- By purchasing a Swap Meet Table, you agree to abide by these rules.
- Seller releases Pacific Coast Region of NMRA (PCR) and the Embassy Suite San Luis Obispo (Exhibit Site) from any and all liabilities to seller, its agents, licensees or employees that may arise as a result of participation in the PCR 2025 Convention. Seller is responsible for the actions of employees, agents or other persons working the Sellers table.
