Why should I stay at the Convention Hotel?

Convenience is the obvious answer, but booking rooms at the host hotel also helps keep the convention costs down. The Convention Committee has secured a block of rooms in exchange for the meeting space needed for convention activities. If we don’t sell enough rooms, we’ll have to pay for the meeting rooms, and that cost will be passed on to attendees through higher registration fees. Additionally, those who stay at the host hotel will receive extra benefits.

Room Rates

We were able to negotiate an extremely competitive room rate for the area that averages $154 per night for a four-night stay. All rooms are suites with either a king bed or two queen beds and a foldout couch. Rates are based on single/double occupancy. There is a $20 charge for each additional adult (3rd or 4th person) per night plus applicable tax.
