Join Us in Supporting the 2025 Daylight Limited Convention!

We invite companies in the model railroad community to participate in our upcoming Pacific Coast Region Daylight Limited Convention, a hybrid event where attendees can join us in person or virtually.

By becoming a sponsor, your company will receive valuable exposure through multiple channels, including:

  • Timetable Recognition: Your company logo and name featured prominently in the sponsor section of our printed event timetable.
  • Social Media Shoutouts: Dedicated posts on our event and PCR Facebook pages, with each post highlighting one sponsor.
  • Website Presence: Your logo and name displayed on the event’s website landing page under sponsors.
  • Virtual Event Acknowledgment: Your logo included in a thank-you graphic displayed frequently on the virtual event screen, with personal recognition by the host.
  • On-Site Visibility: Your logo and name showcased on our event bulletin board near the registration table.
  • Live Recognition: A personal thank-you during the Sunday Breakfast and PCR Member Meeting, attended by in-person and virtual participants.

How You Can Contribute

To qualify to be a sponsor all you have to do is meet the $50 minimum by either placing a half page ad in our Convention Timetable or donating at least $50 in door prizes.

Advertise in the Convention Timetable

Our printed timetable is a go-to resource for attendees, packed with event details. Place your ad to reach engaged hobbyists:

  • $25 for ¼ page (4″ W x 2.75″ H)
  • $50 for ½ page (4″ W x 5.25″ H)
  • $100 for full page (4″ W x 11″ H)

Ads are printed in black and white. Format should fit the desired sizes stated above. Artwork must be submitted by February 15.

Donate Door Prizes

We suggest a minimum donation of $50. Ideal options include:

  • Discount codes for use on your website, accessible to in-person and virtual attendees.
  • Gift cards or physical items that highlight your products and services.
